Sitting alone, thinking again... am I into the right thing? where to? The search continues.

An chance encounter today with one of my ex-colleague and senior left me on the thinking table again. It's all about choices you have and choices you make. Different people, same subject but different take. In discussion was the eternal question in this race called 'potential next professional move'.
So, when should a person move and what should the person consider while moving places? One good point he made, which I also agree is, when your contribution to the company becomes significantly more than the company's contribution to your skillset, it's time to move on. He gave some good pointers on what skills set to learn and focus on. What I should be focusing on before making my next professional move to another corporate and all. Very fair points... all well taken.

The point he made was simple - if what you want to learn from entrepreneurship is what you are getting to learn (even if 80%) in a good corporate profile then why opting for more risky alternative. Do good things, learn skills set and earn good money.

This discussion and more, left me wondering... what should I actually be doing? Corporate way or Entrepreneurship way? Again some questions and self-doubts. So, thought will write something on this blog and writing might help in clearing up my mind.

So, why entrepreneurship? I will try to list down few of my thoughts that pull me towards entrepreneurship. All reasons listed here and honest!

• Entrepreneurship itch started in very first few months in my first job. Why? Probably, I started to think that I can make double the money I made then while working for myself. So, I want to make money .
• I started to think very early into corporate that the complete environment is more restrictive than free. Free thinking is good only for books. So I need freedom to think freely
• I have this feeling for long now that they (corporate) can not realize and utilize my full potential.
• I mostly don't fight much for that one notch up rating in performance appraisals. I don't believe in pushing back much. I know I don't deserve to be there being evaluated based on someone's perspective . My delivery and execution on ground speaks of itself which is corroborated by repeat projects, client's feedback and the respect I carry.
• I don't find the complete corporate environment enough challenging intellectually.
• I have taken up tough projects and delivered well. I know I can deliver any type of project now. What's next? Looking for next big challenge!
• I know that I have lot of potential in me, which just needs a little bit of direction and some means to come out.
• I have thought of many business ideas (mostly internet based) in past few years. All original. But could not take them forward and have later seen different companies coming up around similar ideas. Disappointing at times, but it corroborates my belief in my ideas and their business worthiness
• I have started to realize that most of my ideas are customer/consumer centric. I can help create systems to help community at large.
• When I close my eyes and think how I want to be remembered, I can see myself as a person who has created something significant and have touched millions of lives during my lifetime.
• I want to do something at the very intersection of creativity and intellect, intersection of left and right brain.
• I am passionate and creative at heart. I want to see a creation of mine where I put in all my heart and mind. I want to feel that stage where heart, mind and soul becomes one. A creation that will take me to the state of ecstasy, complete synchronization and resonance with nature and universe. That stage is my ultimate pursuit.
• I realize and know that universe has given me something special and my life will be wasted if I don't use that special something for my life's purpose.
• I realize that my life is all about pursuit and realization of that purpose.

Yes, I think I have listed most of the reasons that pulls me toward entrepreneurship. I am just a change agent in this special scheme of things.

And, it really helped writing out my thoughts today. I am much relieved, clear and motivated. Yes, all set! I know what I want!
Blurting down inner thoughts on paper sometimes act as meditation it seems. Great!

The best I can!

Some personalities strangely inspire me. Whenever I look at some
famous personalities of 18th and 19th century, whenever I read about
these people, they fill me with mysterious inspiration. I'm talking
about league of Beethovens and Benjamin Franklins of the world. It is
inspiring to see that how much self motivated these people were. They
were true torch bearers. They, at that time, when information was not
so readily available, made so many contributions to the world at
large. They knew exactly what they wanted to achieve and their purpose
on earth. They pursued their interests and made their presence felt.
Look at their perseverance, their dedication to learn and then to
contribute.
Beethoven once when going through a low phase in his life, shrugged
the idea of suicide cause he felt that he still had to give his best
contribution to society and music. And then later came his symphony
no. 9. One of the best piece of music till date. He was almost deaf by
that time cause of his illness. He received 5 rounds of standing
ovation for his act. Maximum allowed at that time was 3 rounds for
Royalty.
Wow! This is what inspires me. Passion.
Irony is that what these great personalities could do then, is very
hard to find even now, when we are living in era of information
overload.
One can argue that we are talking only about 1% or may be 2% of
population then. And if we see around we could easily find some great
guys but again only in 1-2% of population.
Yes, I agree. There are great personalities in this era as well and
there have been few throughout the history. But, still I feel that
with so many resources available this percentage should have increased
over time.
No particular point to make. Just wanted to acknowledge achievement of
these great leaders. And to accept, that, all of them inspires me to
do something great. They motivate me to listen to my heart and follow
my dreams. Motivate me to unleash my potential. And they motivate me
to exhaust my capabilities to contribute the best I can out of me.

Worked Up!!!

I was just struggling with this one thought regarding work. I can clearly see that there are two schools of thoughts on work:

1^st. Do (Work) what you like; and,

2^nd.Work as a mean to sustain self.

1^st School – sounds quite enticing… but people are not sure of financial benefits in this. Probably people are only considering short term benefits and are unable to see long term. Lot many successful examples here – book writers, entrepreneurs, artists, creatives, singers, musicians, photographers, etc. Persistence, willpower, passion followed by good benefits. Some singers, artists, entrepreneurs etc. keep on following their dream for several years before they actually achieve success.

2^nd School – people keep doing what they are doing. What they have been tuned to or forced to take up by parents, society, education, etc. They take work as means to achieve other things in life. Roti, Kapda aur Makaan. Then other things like hobbies, likes, etc. One can find good examples here as well. Infact, large population falls under this category only. Best in this creed give 100% to work. Take life as it comes and enjoy walk of life (atleast try to believe that they are...). Follow your year on year KPIs to get promotions, good salaries, etc. Don’t find many negatives in this approach as well. Easy to adopt. Easy to follow short term specific goals. Sureity of basic necessities getting addressed. Sureity that things (finances, positions, etc.) will improve with time and experience.

And then there is 3^rd. Probably worst of all. Heart says follow 1^st. Mind says 2^nd. Days pass in doubt whether to go with 1st or 2nd. Then weeks... then years. They can't enjoy present, can not give best to their job, keep shuffling between two worlds. Keep switching between dreams and reality.

These thoughts leave me totally worked up...!!

No one thought is good over other! I think it totally depends on the individual and what he has accepted gracefully in his life. Problem starts only when someone is stuck between two thoughts and unable to commit to one and take action. Yeah... Probably :s !!

Entrepreneurship - by 'Demand' Vs 'by Choice'

'Entrepreneurship by Demand' Vs 'Entrepreneurship by Choice'

Lesson on Entrepreneurship from likes of  'Jack the Ripper'.

For more than one year now, I have been reading much around Entrepreneurship - Biographies, Success stories, books, articles and whatever interesting I get my hands on. And this interesting thought striked me while I was thinking about the right time to get into Entrepreneurship. Interestingly, if we look closely, we find that there are two types of Entrepreneurs – Entrepreneurs by Demand and Entrepreneurs by Choice.

You are an immigrant (forced or voluntary) and have come to a new country, new place to make a living. You don’t have any support system, you don’t have enough money. You have to support your family and you have to earn a living. You have to start from scratch. You are talented, you are skilled… but you are unable to land with a job. Now, all you can do to make a living is to sell (use) your talent directly in the market. A roadside shop to sell your art or some law advisory. Anything depending on your skills. But, you have to start something on your own. Bingo! You are an Entrepreneur. And this is Entrepreneurship by Demand. Look at the history and many of these Entrepreneurs have made a big fortune starting from the scratch.

Another scenario. You are a person from a stable family. You always had access to good education. You always have been a good student. Now you have a good cushy job. After a relaxed sleep you get up refreshed in the morning. You have filling breakfast and go to work. You are at work from 9 to 5. You come home and have good time with you family and kids. End of the month, you are taking home a decent salary. You have build up few assets and you have reasonable savings in your account. And then, one fine day you decide, you don’t want to work ‘whatever’ for ‘whoever’. You want to be your own boss. You are filled with gallons of confidence that you have accumulated over years. You take a stalk of your strengths and skills. You decide to start something of your own. Bingo! You are also an Entrepreneur. And this is Entrepreneurship by Choice.

So, whenever I think about Entrepreneurship, I find two types of entrepreneurs:

1.       Entrepreneurs by Demand.

2.       Entrepreneurs by Choice.

So, which one of these makes a more successful Entrepreneur? I could not decide and I understand this is debatable as well. Some will vouch for Entrepreneurs by Demand and equally for Entrepreneurs by Choice. Nevertheless, let us give it an attempt.

Probably, we can start by high-level comparison between both these type of Entrepreneurships side by side:

Entrepreneurs by Demand	Entrepreneurs by Choice
Initially driven by ‘Urgents’	Primarily driven by ‘Importants’
Play on existing strengths	Play on existing + Develop required strengths
Tactical focus	Strategic Focus
More perseverance , ‘Do’ or ‘Die’ situation	Less Persevereance
No looking back. Commitment.	Can switch back to cushy jobs.

So, can we say which one is better? Hmm… No concrete conclusion yet!

I was just wondering if we can draw some parallel from criminal psychology to deduce which type of Entrepreneurship could be better. In criminal psychology, it is said that there are two types of criminals – Criminals by Demand and Criminals by Choice. Law enforcers and Psychologists vouch that it is harder to catch Criminals who are criminals by choice and that they are shrewder than criminals by demand. Remember Charles Shobraj, Jack the Ripper.

Now, would it be fair to compare entrepreneurship with crime scene? I guess not, but here I think we are comparing the cases where environment Demands us to get into some action Vs where we make some thoughtful Choices within the given environment.

If we accept Criminal Psychology then we should agree that Entrepreneurship by Choice should be better. So, why is it not true always? Why history stands equally behind Entrepreneurs by Demand.

Looking closer we find that there is one underlying principle which we have been ignoring all this while when we are trying to make direct conclusion based on the analogy of criminal psychology. Criminals, irrespective of whether by choice or by demand, makes an ‘irrevocable commitment’. It is difficult for them to again become acceptable in the society. In most of the cases, they commit themselves to the criminal lives. The same is not true in case of Entrepreneurship by Choice. Failed Entrepreneurs are acceptable in work and social life though there is some social stigma of failure that they have to face. But, there is nothing like point-of-no-return for Entrepreneurs and especially for ‘Entrepreneurs by choice’.

And again, this difference now becomes of greater prominence when we compare Entrepreneurs by Demand and Entrepreneurs by Choice. Entrepreneurs by Demand, because of demanding pressures, have higher level of commitment to the Entrepreneurship route they have been forced to take. They are bound by a commitment which is kind of irrevocable.

So, based on this thought would it be justifiable to conclude that ‘by Demand’ or ‘by Choice’, the most important thing for any Entrepreneur to be successful is ‘To make an Irrevocable commitment’.  And, I have started to believe that this makes the real difference between Entrepreneurship by Choice and Entrepreneurship by Demand - ‘Irrevocable Commitment’ of never looking back. If both type of Entrepreneurs are bound by similar level of ‘Irrevocable Commitment’, I believe Entrepreneur by Choice would be more successful. And why not? He would have all the time and all the resources to take more informed decisions and he would have time to develop on his skills and to plan his moves strategically. But, apart from all these good to have time and skills, there is this one thing that Jack the Ripper can teach all Entrepreneurs is the importance of ‘Irrevocable Commitment’.

Changing trend in Internet Presence of Companies.

I was reading about penetration of social websites and micro blogging and their relevance in today’s business context when one thought suddenly flashed in and left me wondering.

If we trace the Internet presence of companies/businesses over the last decade, there is a surprising trend that emerges. To make things more clear, let’s go back in time and trace some trends in internet space with context to Companies and Businesses.

Time: Early 2000s

Internet Presence: Company Website.

Use/Content: Content Sharing. Mainly used for sharing Company specific content. Products, Solutions, Success stories,etc..

Content Update Frequency: Long intervals. Usually Months or Years.

Time: Mid 2000s

Internet Presence: Websites + Blogs

Use/Content: Experience Sharing + Content Sharing

Content Update Frequency: Shorter Intervals. Weekly or Fortnightly.

Time: Late 2000s

Internet Presence: Websites + Blogs + Web 2.0 (Micro Blogs + Social Network) Presence

Use/Content: News update + Updated Customer + Experience Sharing + Content Sharing

Content Update Frequency: Even Shorter Intervals. Daily or Weekly.

 

So, tracing the internet presence of companies, the trend shows that focus of companies have moved from 'uploading large content less frequently' to 'updating smaller content more frequently'. Strange trend...

Either companies have become more customer centric, OR, it is just another battle for consumer's mind space where companies are trying to engage customer on a more frequent basis.

The thought just left me wondering, after short and sweet daily updates on Twitter, what could come up next? Is there anything shorter than Tweets being developed somewhere!!?

Fly with your favorite stars!!

Imagine this. You are flying alone to some place. Domestic or International. You reach airport 2 hours prior to the departure. You check in. You block a window seat. Get your security check done and then you wait for boarding to start. You look at the watch and you still have 1 hour for boarding. Now you spend this 1 hour somehow and then you board the flight. You enter early and take your window seat. You realize journey is 3 hours to 8 hours long. At this point, have you ever wondered how will you be spending next few hours? Who is going to sit right next to you? Have you ever wished a celebrity, a business tycoon or a beautiful girl to take the seat right next to you?

Problem defined:

There is a long transit and travel time when people travel between cities. In most cases, this time goes unproductive.

There are only few choices available for travelers at present.

1.  Read magazines/ books.

2.  Tune into in flight entertainment.

3.  Turn on your laptop.

4.  Catch some sleep.

How can a person traveling utilize this travel time more productively to build social network?

Solution – The thought:

Travelers should be given an option ‘To socialize consciously!’. The person traveling should be facilitated to choose his/her fellow passenger (by mutual consent of course!)!?

This can be achieved through a product (software/application) with integrated features of ‘seat booking management system’ and ‘Social networks’.

Benefits:

Such product can provide multifold benefits for all the stakeholders:

1.  For travelers – Productive utilization of travel time.

2.  For travelers – Opportunity to get along with likeminded / enhance social network.

3.  For airlines – More takers for middle seats in airlines.

This window of 5+ hours (boarding + waiting + flying) is a great opportunity waiting to be tapped. This window can present a good platform to people for socializing, building contacts and cutting business deals on the fly!

Who knows... you might fly with Angelina Jolies of the World, next time!

'To Give' or 'Not to Give'

This was a long settled thought, which resurfaced after reading a blog post ‘It pays to be unemployed’.

‘To Give or Not To Give’ (donate money for charity) is the case in point. The thought first struck when I was discussing the issue of charity with one of my close friend Prasoon. Both of us started up with entirely opposing stands. Prasoon at that time was looking out for charities where he could contribute some money and was a proponent of ‘Giving’. And with Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged still fresh in my mind, I stood as a proponent of ‘Not Giving’ and a non believer in charity.

This was a long discussion but briefly the arguments somewhat followed like this:

Arguments in favor of ‘To Give’

·         We should help (financially) who are under privileged.

·         We should help (financially) who are not born lucky.

Arguments in favor of ‘Not to Give’

·         People should first earn and then eat.

·         People should not be living on alms without producing/contributing anything.

Arguments against ‘To Give’

·         Will it not be injustice to people who are born with under privileged conditions but work hard to earn a living?

·         Will it not be injustice to people (poor, physically challenged, etc.) who follow their dreams with grit and perseverance against all odds?

·         Will it not encourage idling and non working environment?

Arguments against ‘Not to Give’

·         What is their fault if they are born in a poor family which cannot provide a decent two time meals to them?

Amidst all these arguments, agreements and disagreements, we realized that there is a middle way and which came out to be the best alternative on which both of us principally agreed.

‘Give to Facilitate’

We realized that purpose of ‘Giving’ should be ‘To Facilitate’ under privileged to produce, earn and then eat. The charity contributions should be towards creating an environment and ecosystem to help the under privileged learn required skills and become more productive.

If an individual decides to contribute for the sake of social responsibility, the responsibility should not end with giving money alone. As a matter of fact, responsibility of individual should start with giving money. He should ensure that the money or effort which he is contributing should be to facilitate people to produce and earn, and should not encourage spoon feeding.

In Buddhism alms are not considered as simple charity – “In Theravada Buddhism, monks (Pāli: bhikkhus) and nuns go on a daily almsround (or pindacara) to collect food. Alms are given by lay people to monks and nuns to nurture virtue, merit and blessings and to ensure monastic continuity”. Alms are given to monks to facilitate them to continue their spiritual quest. Isn’t it elementary!

So, towards the end, we concluded that there are two efficient ways of contributing that would make real difference:

1.       Imparting skills and knowledge to make under privileged self-sufficient.

2.       Money and Voluntary contributions to those NGOs which facilitates the under-privileged and not to those who spoon feed them.

Ideally speaking, even Non-profits and NGOs should work for ‘Facilitating’ under-privileged and not just for ‘Giving’ or ‘Channelizing’ money they arrange from fund raising. There should be a single definitive purpose for which the NGOs operate and that purpose should be ‘Facilitation’. What these people really need out there is no pittance, no mercy... It’s just ‘facilitation’. ‘Facilitation’ to stand on their own… to Earn their own living.

The irony is that even today individuals, organizations and governments fail to understand and appreciate the basic principles of ‘Giving’ Vs ‘Facilitating’. Or, maybe we have not got them right yet!

Money!! It's (not) a gas!

Money, It’s (not) a gas!!

Contrary to the Pink Floyd number (Money!!!/ Dark Side of the Moon), I have started to believe, that money really matters. Money is indeed the true measure of someone’s professional Success!

I used to think that money is not important and it is just needed as a fuel to carry out a living as food is needed for a life. I used to think that money cannot be the means to judge other person’s professional* success.  I used to think that other things like creativity, intelligence, work, profile etc. are more important in determining success. However, some time back this view got challenged. This happened when I started the journey towards finding my life’s purpose. I read number of books, contemplated, read articles, contemplated again and gradually over time, I saw emergence of this new view point… ‘Money (Wealth)’ is the true measure of a person’s professional SUCCESS!

Well, I know different viewpoints will start rolling in. So, I shall make the case strong by elaborating my understanding further. “‘Money (Wealth)’ is indeed the true measure of a person’s professional SUCCESS!” provided it is earned as acceptance of payment for legal services rendered. Dictionary definition of money is “Money is anything that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services and repayment of debts.” Further, if a person is providing his/her services to someone (a company, society, government, etc.) then he/she is entitled to get money equivalent to the services provided. So, if a person is providing exceptional services then he is paid exceptionally well. Now, here we can map government, business tycoons, employees, workers, etc with kind of services they provide and the kind of money they make.

What if, I like consulting over programming. I like photography more than management jargons. I like creativity over managing people. In some of these choices I might get lower salary than other options, but I would like to go for something which I like doing even if it is for lower salary.

Single answer. Doesn’t matter! It doesn’t matter which industry you work in, doesn’t matter what profile you have chosen. You are successful if your services in that field are recognized. And when they are recognized and people or society gets good value out of it, you are paid well. More valuable your services are, more successful you are, and more money you get for such services. So, Money and Wealth are true measures of professional SUCCESS.

And so, I have stopped wondering now, why people and society considers money so important and synonymous to Success! (Society has been here for over hundreds of years and their methods have evolved with time. Not to say, some of them are rust proof!!)

*Here, I am talking in reference to career/professional terms only. I still believe that Spirituality, Relationships, Values and beliefs are different and carry different weightage for different people than money

Into the Blues

Sometimes, you feel the need for adrenaline.. You have lot of things to wind up. You work, work and work. You start your day with sunrise and keep winding up what ever comes to you. You give your best. Towards the end of day you look back and feel great 'Yes, it was one efficient day!!' You take a corner to catch a breather, and can actually listen to your pulses which are soothing down to that familiar slow track on your music system. You try to hum that tune along, some thoughts follow, some emotions spur and suddenly you start feeling that emptiness around. That college, those friends, those hangout places, that time. Ooops, you are Nostalgic!!

This happens at times and with almost all of us as we grow along the career ladder and our professional lives. We put efforts to get best out of that one day, that one second even at the cost of moments which we could have lived. We try consciously to avoid that nostalgia. We don’t realize that more hard we try more intense it turns.



Have you ever had similar feeling? Now the point in question is, when this is so common a feeling, a phenomenon, then can we not build some venture around this? Some website, some service, to give that comfortable feeling to all of us when ever we feel nostalgic, whenever we are ‘into the blues’.

Rise from Ashes !!!

You have been running miles into the concrete jungle along with the herd, with a blindfold on your eyes. One day, you realize that you have stopped hearing those voices around you. You open your blindfold just to find yourself standing on a cross-road, tired, all confused, when it looks like you have lost your way, you can not even turn and run back, you have to take a path, and at that cross-road, at that point, you suddenly realize that you are in pain, some deep pain. You look back at old times and think what actually have led you here. You have been into worldly ties, those inconsequential worries, earthly desires and human emotions. You have simply been tied up with urgent & important, and so you have let your life direct you, where in you realize now that it should have been the other way round. You have been simply ‘existing’ and no where actually ‘living’. Life was directing you to ‘exist’. You think hard and try to catch some breath, but you find yourself choking. You realize that you have always wanted someone to direct you. You recognize that you have turned up a slave. A slave to destiny, a slave to luxury, a slave to your job, a slave to your emotions, a slave to relationships, a slave to this world and a slave to existence. You suddenly realize that you have always existed in a fake world of your own, holding up some of the fake beliefs, considering yourself as a self sufficient superior person, full with complacency and that entire bloated ego.



Now, as you find yourself at cross-road, you realize that you can not change the path you have left behind. Then you think why you are here, at this cross-road. You could have kept running and ‘existing’ with that blindfold on, but you chose to stop and think. Why? Just to find that the answer is within you. It is that one last spark of hope left in you and those distant dreams, and that have deliberately forced you to take this breather. That one wish of being self-sufficient and self-reliant has given you this chance. At this point if you feel sad, and find it difficult to come out of the past, take a break. Take a pause, you really need to unwind few things and events of your life. Don’t ever start over with that burden in your heart. Immerse yourself completely in those precedent events of your life, feel the pain, and then feel more pain. Engross that deadly sting deep within and when this pain will reach the brink, and when you will burn to ashes, only then you will be free. You will be free from pain, from fear, from all the apprehensions, leaving behind just the learnings from the past. Treasure that wisdom; gather yourself; collect those ashes and ‘rise from ashes’ again, towards that dreamed of land, rise this time to direct your ‘life’, rise to ‘Fly’, to ‘Live’.



Many people come across such situations in their lifetime, and they should not overlook them, as William Shakespeare rightly said “There is tide in the affairs of men, which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune; omitted, all the voyage of their life is bound in shallows and in miseries; on such a full sea we are now afloat; and we must take the current the clouds folding and unfolding beyond the horizon. when it serves, or lose our ventures”

'Time'

'We ain't good for nothing... we were part of crowd then and we will be always...' I can hear someone whispering these words time and again...




It was around this time last year when we started thinking of taking that extra leap and of doing something Big of our own. We spent some good time on thinking and few extremely good ideas (not an exaggeration) clicked as well. But, we did nothing about them and we kept sleeping on them, just to witness other people building empires on them. Ideas, on which we were banking on yesterday but unfortunately didn't do anything about, are foundation of some companies today. It leaves you with mixed feelings – Bloated! That our ideas were really worth few dimes and that we were able to think and see the potential, but at the same time it is sad that we didn't execute them and now others are cashing on that first mover's advantage. Our ideas never moved over half a page of scribbled thoughts and we were not able to execute anything.




We always lived in whims and fancies, dreaming that within one year we will be having something of our own. Now, as I look back I see myself standing exactly where I was one year back, may be just some toddler steps ahead, but not worth a mention. I am still standing there, as if waiting for someone to show us the way, with no movement, no business plan, no research, and no ground work. Just standing with some 'raw' ideas and keeping me occupied with urgent & important of day to day life and finding no time to live my dreams, to build my ideas...




Well, no one to blame, I think that is what makes us a crowd, many people can have great ideas. Just let your mind free and you can visualize miracles happening.. but, when it comes to execution only few succeed. And there ain’t no guru mantra for being successful - all you need is some plan, focus and 'extreme execution', but no wonder these words are far beyond jotted alphabets. Everyone knows the mantra but following is a challenge.. to keep yourself on the track is difficult and to keep moving on that track is the only thing that counts. We keep thinking and dreaming and others Execute.. then we move on, in search of next idea.. Bingo! We get one and again we only dream, and again someone else Executes..



No doubt we were having some very promising ideas but we were never consistent in our thinking and we were never 'focused' in our approach. Our lethargy and delusion of 'urgent' & 'important' killed us and we are dying every day to it.. giving our last bit of flesh to the most lethal & extreme executioner (& assassin) in time - 'Time'
